This is what I think is happening on the machines There is an executable called offrhd.exe that can be triggered in batch mode.
The add-in is placed in the office folder as well. This old tool actually is installed by default in the following directory:Ĭ:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Remove Hidden Data Tool This tool does not exist for versions 20 because of the change in the file format and the add-ins are already in place as options in the newer versions. The most recent version can be found here: Check your sequencer or Client machine and see if the Add-in is there becuase it sounds like this (or maybe one like it) is running in its default load mode. Do you by chance have the Office Meta Data Removal Kit installed on the machine.
